Tecumseh High School has announced it will be presenting “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat” for its 2016 spring musical.

The show opens March 18 at 7:00pm, with performances on March 19 at 7:00pm and a matinee on March 20 at 2:00pm.

With lyrics by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, this beloved musical is a bright, fast-paced retelling of the Biblical saga of Joseph and how his prophetic dreams, jealous brothers, and marvelous “coat of many colors” take his life on unexpected series of twists and turns that take him places he never could have dreamed of.

A timeless tale appropriate for the whole family, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” is a musical parable bursting at the seams with a dizzying array of music, dancing, and colorful costumes. Tecumseh High School is presenting the all-new Megamix version of “Joseph” which includes extended songs and dance numbers.

Tickets are $10.00 and go on sale to the general public on March 7. Order forms will be available at both the high school and middle school on March 1, tickets can also be ordered from from cast members. Interest in this musical has been high, so it is recommended that tickets be purchased early.
