2:13 p.m. To Whaley Rd. for a report of a theft. A woman reported that someone took her medication. She did not wish to press charges.

Sunday 6/4

3:50 a.m. To Lower Valley Pike to find a wanted person. Deputies were informed that a wanted individual was at this address. The suspect was wanted for failure to appear.

1:11 p.m. To N. Main St. for a report of a domestic disturbance. A man was reported to be beating on a woman, but he left before deputies arrived. Warrants were issued for domestic violence and assault.

9:27 p.m. To W. Jefferson St. for a report of an intoxicated male. The subject was found and was arrested for having an open container on a public sidewalk and ordered into court.

Monday 6/5

1:04 a.m. To W. National Rd. A Miami County deputy had a subject in custody. The subject had an outstanding warrant from Clark County for failure to appear. The original charge was for possession of drugs. The subject was taken to the Clark County Jail.

9:16 a.m. To End St. for a 911 hangup. When the deputy arrived, a man stated that nothing was wrong and neither a deputy nor emergency medical were needed. Afer speaking further, he said that this morning, his mother came to pick up his daughter and take her to a day program. He said that she then returned and threw a bowl at his groin area causing pain. He said that he did wish to be seen by Medics. The man told Medics that he had hernia surgery in October and has been having complications ever since. He agreed to be transported to Grandview for evaluation. The mother said the man and the daughter were upset and neither would communicate with her. She said she knew of his medical problems and did not intend any harm.

12:03 p.m. To N. Church St. A woman reported that someone had put nails under the tires of her vehicle. She said that no damage was done, but wanted the incident documented.

12:49 p.m. Traffic stop on Weinland St. The driver was found to have an outstanding warrant for child support. He was taken to the Clark County Jail. He was also cited for no operator’s license.

2:53 p.m. To N. Main St. for a report of an intoxicated male. The man was found to have an outstanding warrant for failure to appear for a charge of disorderly conduct. He was again ordered into court.

Tuesday 6/6

7:49 p.m. To Burket Ave. for a report of phone harassment.

11:06 p.m. To Orth Dr. Deputies were advised that a wanted woman was at this address. She had a warrant form Warren County for possession of cocaine. She was located, arrested on the warrant and taken to the Clark County Jail without any issues. Warren County was advised.

Wednesday 6/7

2:45 a.m. To W. National Rd. for a report of a theft. A woman reported that her vehicle was stolen.

Thursday 6/8

4:05 p.m. To Hemlock Way for a report of a theft. A woman reported that someone stole jewelry from her home.

Friday 6/9

10:20 a.m. To Prentice Dr. for a report of a burglary in progress. Deputies arrived to find the front door unsecure. A suspect was found in the bathroom between the sink and the toilet and was under a blanket. The suspect was handcuffed and escorted out of the residence. The suspect was charged with criminal trespass and ordered into court.

4:19 p.m. To Spinning Rd. for a report of menacing.

4:53 p.m. To S. Dayton-Lakeview Rd. to locate a wanted suspect. The deputy was advised that a wanted woman was at this residence. She was taken into custody without incident and placed in the Clark County Jail. The warrant was from Montgomery County for possession of drugs.

5:13 p.m. To Orth Dr. for a report of a theft. A woman reported that someone entered her home and took a PlayStation 4, 3 video games and 2 controllers. Also taken were a 19” TV, Xbox 360 and a 12-gauge shotgun. She suspects her mother, who has a key to her apartment.

9:08 p.m. To McAdams Dr. for a report of menacing. The RP did not wish to press charges but wanted the subject trespassed from the property.

Saturday 6/10

5:36 a.m. To Carman Ave. for a report of vandalism.

8:34 a.m. To Bischoff Rd. for a report of criminal damaging. A woman reported that someone damaged the driver’s side door of her vehicle. There are no suspects.

Sunday 6/11

10:14 p.m. To Alpha Rd. for a report of a domestic disturbance. A man reported that a male subject was making threats over the phone and was headed toward the house. The subject arrived and was causing issues. The subject was gone upon deputies’ arrival. The residents stated that the subject was gathering the last of his belongings and was upset over a lost hammer. During the subject’s tirade, one of the residents was struck in the face. The deputy saw no evidence of an assault, but the resident was adamant that charges be pressed, and another resident said he saw the assault. Charges of assault were filed against the subject. He has prior convictions of domestic violence and assault.

Monday 6/12

2:01 a.m. To Frayne Ave. for a report of a violation of a protection order. The subject called dispatch and agreed to meet the deputy. The subject filed a written statement and was placed under arrest for violating a protection order and taken to the Clark County Jail.

4:39 p.m. To N. Hampton Rd. for a report of vandalism. A man reported that a headstone at Myers Cemetery had been damaged. It appeared to have been struck by a vehicle.

6:25 p.m. To N. Main St. for a report of an intoxicated man.

Tuesday 6/13

4:11 a.m. To Falcon Dr. for a report of criminal damaging. A man reported that someone vandalized his vehicle.

10:44 a.m. To Burket Ave. for a report of a theft. A woman reported that someone stole about $10 in change from her vehicle.
