A witness said that when the husband refused to allow the wife to take the daughter, the wife began screaming and yelling at him. She said that the daughter did not want to leave with her mother because of the way she was acting. The wife said that her husband uses drugs and her daughter has a history of suicidal behavior and she wanted to take her daughter with her. She was advised that since they were still married and did not have a custody agreement in place, the deputy could not force the husband to allow the daughter to go with her. The wife then became upset, yelled at the deputy and walked toward the home yelling at the husband and daughter. The deputy said he saw no evidence of suicidal tendencies or that the husband was unfit to care for the daughter. The wife then said that she wasn’t leaving and that the deputy could not make her leave. Both husband and wife were strongly advised that one should leave so things could cool down, but they adamantly refused. Deputies were called back at 4:20 p.m. The husband said that the wife became mad because the daughter was recording her mother with her phone. The deputy contacted the friend, and she said that she would return the vehicle when she could. She said that she was evicted from her home, and that’s where the vehicle is located. The deputy informed the friend that she had driven by the home and the vehicle was not there. The deputy checked with BMV and found that the RP did not own the vehicle.
