THE STATE OF OHIO, COURT OF COMMON, PLEAS CLARK COUNTY

In the Court of Common Pleas, Clark County, Ohio, of the Term of September in the Year 2015.

The jurors of the Grand Jury of Clark County, State of Ohio, then and there duly impaneled, sworn and charged to inquire of and present all offenses whatever committed within the limits of said County, on their said oaths, in the name and by the authority of the State of Ohio, do find and present:

Count One

ENGAGING IN A PATTERN OF CORRUPT ACTIVITY (F-1)

That from on or about April 23, 2007 to on or about December 2, 2015, at Clark County, Ohio, and as part of a continuing course of conduct in Darke County, Delaware County,  Montgomery County, Preble County, Miami County, Pickaway County, and Shelby County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT (DOB: 01/08/1987, SSN: xxx-xx-8885); MARKUS BARRETT (DOB: 10/28/1989, SSN: xxx-xx-0882); JERRY L. BUSH (DOB: 05/03/1983, SSN: xxx-xx-8822); RICKY L. LARGE (DOB: 07/21/1988, SSN: xxx-xx-1533); RICKY LEE TERRY (DOB: 06/08/66, SSN: xxx-xx-7240); KENNETH MELTON (DOB: 9/9/1972; SSN: XXX-XX-7140) and JESSE LEE RIEDER (DOB: 03/22/1991, SSN: xxx-xx-5279), did, employed by, or associated with, any enterprise, conduct or participate in, directly or indirectly, the affairs of the enterprise through a pattern of corrupt activity, in violation of Section 2923.32(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio, to wit:

Predicate Acts

The following counts of this indictment, which are incorporated herein as if fully restated: 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 27, 29, 30, 31, 35, 37, 40, 41, 44, 45, 48, 49, 51, 52, 56, 58, 61, 63, and 65;

The following counts of this indictment, which are incorporated herein as if fully restated: 5, 12, 15, 18, 21, 22, 28, 32, 36, 38, 39, 42, 43, 47, 53, 54, 55, 60, 69, 70, 72, and 73, where the total proceeds of those violations, or the value of the contraband or other property illegally possessed, sold, or purchased in the violations, or any combination of violations exceeds one thousand dollars;

JERRY BUSH was convicted of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, conspiracy, breaking and entering, grand theft of a motor vehicle, and receiving stolen property in Greene County Common Pleas Court Case 06-0754 on [date], and was incarcerated from April 24, 2007 to October 10, 2014.

Count Two

BURGLARY (F-2)

That between July 25, 2014 and July 26, 2014, as part of a course of conduct in Miami County,  Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an occupied structure, or in a separately secured or separately occupied portion of an occupied structure, when a person, other than an accomplice of the offender, is present, with purpose to commit therein a criminal offense, in violation of Section 2911.12 (A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That BILLY JOE BARRETT, between July 25, 2014 and July 26, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, did trespass on the land or premises of another, with purpose to commit a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (B) of the Ohio Revised Code.

Count Four

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY (M-1)

That between July 25, 2014 and January 26, 2015, as part of a course of conduct at Miami County and Montgomery County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT did receive, retain, or dispose of property of another, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property has been obtained through the commission of a theft offense, in violation of Section 2913.51(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That between July 28, 2015, and July 29, 2014 as part of a course of conduct, in Miami County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That between July 28, 2014 and July 29, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT, did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That BILLY JOE BARRETT, between July 28, 2014 and July 29, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, did trespass on the land or premises of another, with purpose to commit a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (B) of the Ohio Revised Code.

Count Eight

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY (F-5)

That between July 28, 2014 and June 11, 2015, as part of a course of conduct at Miami County, and Montgomery County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT did receive, retain, or dispose of property of another, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property has been obtained through the commission of a theft offense, in violation of Section 2913.51(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That between August 18, 2014 and August 19, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT, did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That BILLY JOE BARRETT, between August 18, 2014 and August 19, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, did trespass on the land or premises of another, with purpose to commit a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (B) of the Ohio Revised Code.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY (M-1)

That between August 18, 2014 and January 26, 2015, as part of a course of conduct at Miami County, and Montgomery County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT did receive, retain, or dispose of property of another, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property has been obtained through the commission of a theft offense, in violation of Section 2913.51(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That between August 19, 2014, and August 19, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, in Miami County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That between October 26, 2014 and October 27, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, at Shelby County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT, did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY (M-1)

That between October 26, 2014 and June 11, 2015, as part of a course of conduct at Shelby County, and Montgomery County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT did receive, retain, or dispose of property of another, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property has been obtained through the commission of a theft offense, in violation of Section 2913.51(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That on or about October 28, 2014 as part of a course of conduct, in Darke and Miami County, Ohio, MARKUS BARRETT, did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That on or about October 28, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, MARKUS BARRETT, did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That MARKUS BARRETT, on or about October 28, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, did trespass on the land or premises of another, with purpose to commit a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (B) of the Ohio Revised Code.

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That on or about October 28, 2014 as part of a course of conduct, in Miami County, Ohio, MARKUS BARRETT, did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That on or about November 6, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, at Darke County, Ohio, MARKUS BARRETT, did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That MARKUS BARRETT, on or about November 6, 2014, as part of a course of conduct, at Darke County, Ohio, did trespass on the land or premises of another, with purpose to commit a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (B) of the Ohio Revised Code.

Count Twenty-One

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That on or about November 6, 2014 as part of a course of conduct, in Darke County, Ohio, MARKUS BARRETT, did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY (F-4)

That between December 22, 2014, and June 11, 2015, as part of a course of conduct at Shelby County, and Montgomery County, Ohio, BILLY JOE BARRETT did receive, retain, or dispose of property of another, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property has been obtained through the commission of a theft offense, said property being a motor vehicle as defined in section 4501.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.51(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That between January 22, 2015, and January 23, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, MARKUS BARRETT, did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING (M-1)

That between January 22, 2015 and January 23, 2015 as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, MARKUS BARRETT, did purposely engage in conduct that if successful would have resulted in the offense of breaking and entering in that he attempted by force, stealth, or deception, to trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Ohio Revised Code Section 2923.02(A) and 2911.13(A), and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

Count Twenty-Five

ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING (M-1)

That between January 22, 2015 and January 23, 2015 as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, MARKUS BARRETT, did purposely engage in conduct that if successful would have resulted in the offense of breaking and entering in that he attempted by force, stealth, or deception, to trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Ohio Revised Code Section 2923.02(A) and 2911.13(A), and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

Count Twenty-Six

ATTEMPTED THEFT (M-2)

That between January 22, 2015 and January 23, 2015 as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, MARKUS BARRETT, did knowingly engage in conduct that if successful would have resulted in the offense of Theft in that attempted, with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, to knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent in violation of Sections 2913.02(A)(1) and 2923.02 of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That between January 25, 2015 and January 26, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Preble County, BILLY BARRETT, RICKY LARGE, AND JESSE RIEDER, did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That between January 25, 2015, and January 26, 2015 as part of a course of conduct, in Preble County, Ohio, BILLY BARRETT, RICKY LARGE, AND JESSE RIEDER, did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That on or about January 26, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Preble County, BILLY BARRETT, and RICKY LARGE, did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

SAFECRACKING (F-4)

That on or about January 26, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Preble County, BILLY BARRETT, and RICKY LARGE did, with purpose to commit an offense, knowingly enter, force an entrance into, or tamper with a vault, safe, or strongbox, in violation of Section 2911.31 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That on or about January 26, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Preble County, BILLY BARRETT,  RICKY LARGE, and JESSE RIEDER did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That on or about January 26, 2015 as part of a course of conduct, in Preble County, Ohio, BILLY BARRETT, RICKY LARGE, AND JESSE RIEDER, did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

Count Thirty-Three

VANDALISM (F-5)

That on or about January 26, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, in Preble County, Ohio,  BILLY BARRETT, RICKY LARGE, AND JESSE REIDER, did knowingly cause serious physical harm to property that is owned, leased or controlled by a governmental entity, in violation of Section 2909.05(B)(2) of the Ohio Revised Code.

Count Thirty-Four

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ORDER OR SIGNAL OF POLICE OFFICER (F-4)

That BILLY BARRETT, on or about January 26, 2015, as part of a course of conduct in Preble County, Ohio, did operate a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, so as willfully to elude or flee a police officer after receiving a visible or audible signal from a police officer to bring the person’s motor vehicle to a stop, and the offender was fleeing immediately after committing a felony, in violation of Section 2921.331(B) and 2921.331(C)(4) of the Ohio Revised Code.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That on or about January 29, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Clark County, Ohio, RICKY LARGE, and RICKY TERRY did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

Count Thirty-Six

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That on or February 5, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, in Clark County and Miami County, Ohio,RICKY LARGE, AND RICKY TERRY, did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That on or about February 5, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Clark County and Miami County, Ohio, RICKY LARGE, and RICKY TERRY did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

Count Thirty-Eight

SAFECRACKING (F-4)

That on or about February 5, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Preble County, RICKY LARGE, and RICKY TERRY did, with purpose to commit an offense, knowingly enter, force an entrance into, or tamper with a vault, safe, or strongbox, in violation of Section 2911.31 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

Count Thirty-Nine

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That on or February 5, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, in Clark County and Miami County, Ohio,RICKY LARGE, AND RICKY TERRY, did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That on or February 5, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, in Clark County and Miami County, Ohio,RICKY LARGE, AND RICKY TERRY, did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

That on or about February 5, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Clark County, Ohio and Miami County, Ohio, RICKY TERRY AND RICKY LARGE did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

That between March 20, 2015 and March 21, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Clark County, Ohio, BILLY BARRETT AND RICKY LARGE did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That between March 20, 2015 and March 21, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, in Clark County and Montgomery County, Ohio, BILLY BARRETT AND RICKY LARGE did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-4)

That between May 11, 2015 and May 12, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, in Delaware and Franklin County,  Ohio, RICKY LARGE, RICKY TERRY, AND BILLY BARRET did with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property being a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section 2913.02(A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

BREAKING AND ENTERING (F-5)

That on or about May 12, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Delaware County, Ohio, BILLY BARRETT, RICKY LARGE, AND RICKY TERRY, did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

SAFE CRACKING (F-4)

That on or about May 12, 2015 as part of a course of conduct at Delaware County, Ohio, BILLY BARRETT, RICKY LARGE AND RICKY TERRY did, with purpose to commit an offense, knowingly enter, force an entrance into, or tamper with a vault, safe, or strongbox, in violation of Section 2911.31 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

Count Forty-Seven

ATTEMPTED GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-5)

That on or about May 18, 2015 as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, RICKY TERRY AND RICKY LARGE , did knowingly engage in conduct that if successful would have resulted in the offense of Theft, in that they attempted, with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, to knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property was a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code in violation of Sections 2913.02(A)(1) and 2923.02(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

ATTEMPTED GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE (F-5)

That on or about May 18, 2015 as part of a course of conduct, at Miami County, Ohio, RICKY TERRY AND RICKY LARGE , did knowingly engage in conduct that if successful would have resulted in the offense of Theft, in that they attempted, with the purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, to knowingly obtain or exert control over said property, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent, and said property was a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code in violation of Sections 2913.02(A)(1) and 2923.02(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

That on or about May 18, 2015 as part of a course of conduct at Clark County, Ohio, RICKY LARGE AND RICKY TERRY did, with purpose to commit an offense, knowingly enter, force an entrance into, or tamper with a vault, safe, or strongbox, in violation of Section 2911.31 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ORDER OR SIGNAL OF POLICE OFFICER (F-3)

That on or about May 18, 2015, as part of a course of conduct in Miami and Montgomery County, RICKY LARGE  did operate a motor vehicle, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, so as willfully to elude or flee a police officer after receiving a visible or audible signal from a police officer to bring the person’s motor vehicle to a stop, and the operation of the motor vehicle by the offender was a proximate cause of serious physical harm to persons or property, or caused a substantial risk of serious physical harm to persons or property, in violation of Section 2921.331(B) and 2921.331(C)(5) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

That on or about July 11, 2015, as part of a course of conduct, at Pickaway County, Ohio, RICKY LARGE, AND RICKY TERRY, did by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an unoccupied structure, with purpose to commit therein, a theft offense as defined in section 2913.01 of the Revised Code, or a felony, in violation of Section 2911.13 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

 That between November 6, 2015 and December 2, 2015 as part of a course of conduct in Clark and Preble County, Ohio, KENNETH MELTON  did receive, retain, or dispose of property of another, and the value of property involved is equal to or greater than $7,500, but less than $150,000, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property has been obtained through the commission of a theft offense, in violation of Section 2913.51(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.
