Wells was convicted of Sexual Battery out of Montgomery County Common Pleas Court in 2008. Wells has been charged with Failure to Register his address before. He is classified as a Tier III Sex Offender, which requires him to register every 90 days in the county in which he resides for life. Wells also has an outstanding warrant out the state of Florida for Failure to register, and a warrant for felonious assault from the Springfield Police Department. He is considered armed and dangerous, with violent tendencies. He is a twin, however he has tattoos under his left eye, his twin brother does not.
