IMG 5312After suffering their first conference loss recently to Shawnee, the Tecumseh boys’ basketball team got back on the winning track last week, as they dominated Graham in a crossover game 72-42.

High school swim teams from Bethel, Tecumseh, Northwestern, Greenon and Indian Lake converged at the New Carlisle Sports and Fitness Center on Monday afternoon, January 18.

Tecumseh Swim Teams competed in the Clark County Invitational recently at Wittenberg University.

THS VS Greenon 0113 004The Tecumseh Arrows are playing stellar basketball and now improve to 12-2 on the season after last week’s 62-41 win against the Greenon Knights who now fall to 2-10.

It’s no secret that when Tecumseh is hitting their shots, their opponent is in for a long night.

In the first five minutes of the game, the Troy Trojans came out strong, jumping out to a 14-5 lead over the visiting Tecumseh Arrows, as they looked to set the tone early.

Tecumseh finished second overall, and Northwestern was third at the Clark County Clash wrestling invitational on Saturday.

Arrow Girls Win Two of Three, Now 10-2

The Tecumseh girls’ basketball team cruised through two non-league opponents earlier last week, before suffering a tough home loss on Saturday night to Carroll, as they ran their record to 10-2 overall.

Darius Quisenberry scored a team high 21 points, while Malik Quisenberry added 20 to lead the Tecumseh boys’ basketball team past Belmont 65-57, in the opening round of the Buckeye Insurance Classic at Piqua High School last week.

After the first couple of tournaments, the Tecumseh wrestling squad has made some improvements according to coach Scott Herbert.
