99, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015.  She was born January 22, 1915 in New Carlisle the daughter of the late James “Roy” & Bessie (Stickle) Carman.  She is survived by two daughters; Vanice Jones & Judith Ray; a son, Russell Smith; grandchildren;  great grandchildren;  two sisters;  Ruth Roy & Lois Thornton; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends..  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Willard R. Smith; daughter, Helen Seidenstricker  and her husband Pete; four brothers, Dale, Kenny, Dick & Eldon; two sisters, Doris Weaver & Phyllis Godin; son-in-law, Bruce Ray.  Visitation was 11-12 PM Tuesday, January 27, 2015 in the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio with funeral services at 12 noon in the funeral home.  Burial was in New Carlisle Cemetery.  Expressions of sympathy may be sent to www.trostelchapman.com
