83, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017.

He was born December 15, 1933 in Luray, Virginia the son of the late Clarence, Sr. & Dora Lee (Wright) Kibler. Clarence was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired Truck Driver. He was a member of the F&AM Blue Lodge 100, 32 degree Mason & Scottish Rite, Dayton.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Rita Kibler; two sons, Dale & Julia Kibler, Duane & Janet Kibler; two grandchildren, Sophia & Logan; three brothers, James Kibler, Ralph Kibler, Kenneth & Susan Kibler; two sisters, Jane & Merle Wagner, Lois & Ron Bartram; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 1-3 PM Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio with a memorial service at 3 PM in the funeral home.
