Come to the Mother’s Day Flower sale on Thursday and Friday, May 11 and 12, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Quest Adult Services, 110 W. Leffel Lane, Springfield. A large selection of annuals and perennials in flats and pots, hanging baskets, vegetable plants, and herbs will be available.

Prices will range from $5 for perennials to $15 for hanging baskets. In addition, individuals from Quest will be selling heirloom tomato plants that they have grown. Acceptable forms of payment are cash and checks.

Some plants in the sale have been grown by Quest individuals, some are supplied by Paul Snyder of Spring Run Farms, and some have been donated by Meadow View Growers.

Quest Adult Services, is a program of Developmental Disabilities of Clark County. Proceeds from the plant sale support the Quest horticulture program and the purchase of supplies for their gardening activities.

Developmental Disabilities of Clark County (DDCC) is a publicly funded agency that empowers people throughout their lifetime to achieve their fullest potential. DDCC funds and supports the F.F. Mueller Residential Center, QUEST Adult Services, intervention programs for children, specialized transportation, vocational training and more.
