The New Carlisle Area Community Chorus’ (NCACC) Director of Music, Taylor Ball, is excited to announce that the NCACC is adding some Broadway flair to its repertoire for the Chorus’ highly-anticipated 2017 Summer Season.

“This year, our summer program is called ‘New Carlisle on Broadway!’ and I am especially excited about it!” exclaims Ball, “There is a lot of diverse music that really highlights the ability of our singers. There are great Broadway favorites such as: ‘Put on Your Sunday Clothes’ from ‘Hello Dolly,’ ‘Wells Fargo Wagon’ from ‘The Music Man,’ ‘Can Your Hear the People Sing?’ from ‘Les Misérables,’ and ‘My Favorite Things’ from ‘The Sound of Music.’ It will be a great show to both perform and to watch!”

Ball says both experienced and aspiring singers are invited to join the NCACC as it preps for its 32nd season, “We are always looking to add to our fun musical family! Anyone wishing to join us may come to any rehearsal in March and try us out. Everyone is welcome and no audition is required to join.”

This marks the fifth season the NCACC has been under the direction of Taylor Ball. Beth Funderburg serves as accompanist. The NCACC rehearses the first three Mondays of every month from 7:00-9:00 at Tecumseh High School.
