The e-heap office will no longer be giving phone appointments from our office or by walking into our office. You will need to call the new toll free number to make pipp plus, winter crisis and summer crisis appointments. This new phone system should be up and running by 10/26/15. In the meantime, if you want to enroll or re-verify pipp plus you may stop by our office locate d at 600 west main street, Springfield, Ohio 45503 and pick up an application to mail to the state office. The next time you re-verify you will be calling our new number to make an appointment but will continue to come into our office for your face to face interview. The new appointment line # is 1-844-356-8135. Sorry for any inconvenience this change may cause.
