75 Wedding Anniversary 1Raymond and Florence Becker were married October 5, 1940. Raymond took a job at Hobart Corporation, making $26.00 a week! He continued working there, in Maintenance, until his retirement 40 years later, in 1981.

They were blessed with a son, Dennis (Sharon) Becker and a daughter, Darlene (Nick) Mott. Raymond served as a Boy Scout Leader and Florence was a Cub Scout Den Mother and Brownie Leader.

They have two granddaughters: Kelly Ann Mott and Deanna Sue Mott, and are great grandparents to Derrick Caruso, Braden Dellinger, and Zackary Pogue.

Raymond and Florence helped build the Troy Church of the Brethren in 1950 and were very active members for over 60 years.

They also were faithful members of Troy Senior Citizens Center, where Ray served as Vice President and President and Florence organized a Stamp Club for avid stamp collectors, and they served as Strawberry Festival Chairmen for a few years.

The love of Raymond’s life was bowling and fishing. Florence enjoyed family genealogy research and stamp collecting.

Their children invite you to celebrate their parents joyous occasion by attending an Open House held in their honor on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Randall Residence Assisted Living, 6400 South County Road 25A, Tipp City from 2:00 -4:00. Your presence is present enough. No gifts, please.
