The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is offering a FREE series of 8 workshops for families with children. The workshops last from 60-90 minutes each and are done in small groups.

By participating in EFNEP you will learn how to:

-Make healthy food choices-Stretch your food dollars

-Enjoy fun family activities-Keep food safe

You will receive a take home tool each class and graduation certificate upon completing the series
