Tecumseh High School students competed in Round One of the New Carlisle Rotary Club’s Annual Speech Contest on Tuesday, February 21.

Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center seniors Christopher Mastin and Jacob Woosley were honored by the New Carlisle Rotary Club as the Rotary Student of the Month and Rotary Citizen of the Month, respectively.
