On Tuesday, November 28 the Tecumseh Board of Education voted to approve the resignation of Superintendent Norm Glismann effective July 31, 2018.

The matter was brought before the board on an addendum that reads:

RESIGNATION: Norm Glismann, Superintendent, Tecumseh Local Schools

Reason: Retirement

Glismann was hired in July of 2015 after Superintendent Brad Martin was charged and arrested for stealing money and gambling during hours he was supposed to be at work.

The board voted unanimously to accept Glismann's resignation. No discussion occurred.

Attempts to reach the Board and Mr. Glismann were unsuccessful but we will update this story as more information is available.
