The hallways at New Carlisle Elementary are decorated with projects completed by fourth and fifth graders. First quarter projects include autobiographies and autobiographical timelines. Fifth graders researched historical, social, and political events occurring during their lifespan then created posters displaying both important biographical and historical information.

Fire Prevention Week, 2016 - The Bethel Township Fire Department marked Fire Prevention and Safety Week by visiting Park Layne Elementary educating kindergartners and first graders about fire safety.

During a recent inservice meeting, Tecumseh teachers explored new technologies to engage students with interactive lessons.
